Delete your EngBot Academy account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the website, in under a minute. No email to support, no waiting.

Steps

1. Sign in to EngBot Academy (the iOS or Android app, or academy.engbot.app).
2. Open Profile → Open Settings → Data & privacy.
3. Under Danger zone, type DELETE and press Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog. You are signed out everywhere immediately.

What happens to your data

• Immediately: sign-in is blocked on every device, any subscription is cancelled, and the account no longer loads anywhere.
• For 30 days: your data (profile, progress, courses, uploaded materials, lecture videos) is kept so the deletion can be reversed. Request a recovery link from the sign-in page at any time in that window.
• After 30 days: everything above is permanently erased, including the sign-in record. This cannot be undone.
• Kept longer, where the law requires it: billing and tax records (typically 7 years in Canada), and server logs for up to 90 days. Purchase records may also be retained by Apple, Google or Stripe under their own policies.
• Certificates you earned remain valid public records, detached from your identity.

Changed your mind?

Within 30 days, open the sign-in page, enter the email that was on the account, and choose Recover a deleted account. We email a link that restores everything as it was. After 30 days recovery is no longer possible.

Need help?

If you cannot sign in to delete the account, email engbot.app@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will complete the deletion for you within 7 days.
